WELCOME TO DOCHI

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PIZZAS

Hand tossed & stretched artisan pizzas
are made by our own dough which we ferment
for 24 Hours to 72 Hours using only 
premium pizza Italian 00 Flour.

Pizzas are then baked fresh in our
custom built WOOD FIRED OVEN
which weighs nearly 3500 KGS
at about 420°C to 475°C

We use Italian Pelati
🍅 tomatoes, Fresh & Dried Basil, other herbs,  
Extra Virgin olive oil)
